the automatic massage table in the spa was very relaxng. the lack of a fridge was inconvenient.

It has both extremely friendly and very very helpful staff. I would come here again thanks to central location.

Relaxing rooms with very comfy beds, good value. Excellent service throughout. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location near bus stop for skiing, everything-town and the city center...

Staying at Hotel Oustalet was quite enjoyable. The staff greeted me with smiles. I loved the separate room for ski equipment complete with heated shoe lockers. It made my ski trips so much easier. The view from my Double Room with Mont-Blanc view was fine, especially from the balcony. Though the room felt cozy, the lack of a sink in the toilet area was a bit inconvenient. The Wi-Fi connection could have been stronger, a letdown as I needed to stay connected. Breakfast had limited options. Only one type of cold meat and cheese didn't offer much variety. The charm of the hotel and the overall cleanliness was noteworthy. I'd consider returning despite a few drawbacks.

What a wonderful find! The view is amazing, and the facilities are very reasonable. The staff is accommodating. Impeccably clean and a heartfelt recommendation!

Our stay was pleasant, with a lovely traditional alpine-style room that offered stunning views of Mont Blanc and the garden. It was conveniently located near the town center. We particularly enjoyed the nice pool and garden area-perfect for a refreshing swim after a day out. Having parking on-site was a real bonus too. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety in the breakfast offerings during our stay.

In my wife's opinion, our room could use a mini-fridge.

Recommend it for couples seeking tranquility

The staff was so lovely,, especially the two sisters who run the place. We enjoyed sipping coffee on our spacious balcony while gazing at the amazing view of Mont Blanc.

It wasn't inexpensive,, but it was still worthwhile.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful experience in the Family Room, relaxing on the balcony with amazing views of Mont-Blanc. The pool was a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Highly recommend trying breakfast for the delicious croissants. Don't miss the lovely tea room for a light lunch!
